Men's Workshop Series
Join us for a workshop series exploring what it means to be a mentally healthy man. We will cover topics such as identifying and managing uncomfortable emotions, communicating clearly and kindly, recognizing physical and psychological signs of stress, and improving flexibility so you can meet life's challenges more effectively. The workshops are interactive and you'll have a chance to connect with other men on similar journeys. Spaces are limited.

Meet the Leaders
Dr. John Jurica is a licensed Psychologist who earned a PhD from CSU and has been practicing for over 10 years, specializing in clinical work with men and masculinities. He has led research on men's mental health and well-being. He has also delivered workshops and trainings on a variety of mental health topics, including men's gender norms, stress management, and harm reduction for substance use.
Dr. Matt Jaramillo is a licensed Psychologist who earned his PhD from CSU and has been practicing for over 15 years. He has worked in the VA Hospital, community mental health, and private practice. He as extensive experience with assessment and clinical treatment, as well as clinical supervision. He brings a depth of knowledge and expertise on men's mental health and improving overall wellness for men.
